A cyclist using a cycle lane

Injured in a cycling accident?

As a cyclist, you’ve got just as much right to the road as anyone else, yet you’re often not taken into account. Your accident might have been due to a careless driver, or perhaps the council has taken too long to repair a pothole or some other road defect.

Whatever the accident and whoever’s at fault, we will represent you and help you get the compensation you deserve for your cycling injury.

Making your claim

You’re entitled to claim for your physical and psychological injuries, limitations from the injury, increased travel costs, loss of earnings, carers, and the costs of repairing or replacing your bicycle. It’s best to keep all your receipts, so that we can demonstrate how much your accident has cost you.

If you’ve suffered an injury in the crash, you can make a claim up to three years after the incident.
